Will I have to play with the people I don’t know?
No. We follow 100% private mandate. The escape room is exclusively reserved for your group only when you book for a room.
Are the escape rooms you offer, difficult for beginners?
Our SLC Escape Room are designed for a variation of difficulity ranges. We have a range of levels like Arcadia (Level 4) to The Heist (Level 8). Whether you are a beginner or a Pro of escape rooms, there is a challenge waiting or you.
What if we stuck somewhere?
We follow an Unlimited Hints policy. So don’t worry, Our trained Professionals monitor your gamevia cameras and provide clues through screens and MAGIC PORTRAITS to keep your adventure going on.
How long it takes to Escape a room?
The game is exactly for an hour (60 minutes). However, We advise you to arrive 15-20 minutes prior for briefing and stay for 15-20 minutes after the game for photos and a debrief. Please plan for about 90 minutes in total!
Are these escape rooms scary?
Most of our rooms are family-friendly focusing on excitement. However, we do offer thrilled-based escape rooms as well. You can choose which type of escape room you want to play.
What if I feel uncomfortable or feared?
You can leave the room. The doors are a part of story, Your safety and willingness is our top priority. There is an EXIT BUTTON in every room, allowing you to step out of the game if needed.
Is there any age limitation to play an escape room?
Our escape rooms are perfectly designed for people of all ages. We recommend the players to be at least 8 years old. Children under 15 should be under the supervision of some adult/ And some specific rooms like Narco are exclusively for adults.
Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
Most of our experiences, including missions like The Heist and Egyptian Tomb, are wheelchair accessible and do not require stairs. Please contact us in advance so we can recommend the best room for your specific needs.
Can you accommodate very large groups for team building?
Absolutely. We are specialized in hosting corporate events and we can host over 100 people by using Head-to-Head Rooms. These are the identical rooms allowing multiple teams to race and get a chance to win in the same scenario.
Do you offer special packages for birthday parties?
Yes! We offer flexible birthday packages that include private escape rooms to make your birthday celebration unforgettable.
Can we rent the entire venue?
We offer Venue Buyouts for those who want the ultimate exclusive event. This gives your group full access to all our rooms and lobby facilities for a private corporate retreat or large celebration.
How do we remember our victory?
After completing the mission, you can take a Themed Souvenir Photo using our trained props. We also provide you a free digital copy of your photos so that you can share your achievement with your loved ones !

What is your policy on late arrivals?
Our Salt Lake city escape room games are scheduled back-to-back, we cannot always extend your time if you arrive late. To ensure you get your full 60 minutes, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Is there any particular dress code to play the game?
There is no strict dress code, but we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes. Some rooms may involve physical tasks like crawling or light movement, so adventure-ready attire is best.
